When the livestream begins, the collection will go live on our website. Just refresh the page and shop your favorite bags right away!

Why haven’t I received the Sneak Peek Email?
We send our Sneak Peek emails 24 hours before each livestream so you can get early access and the password to view our bag drop.
Due to high demand, it might take a little time for the email to land in your inbox.
If you don’t see it, make sure to check your Spam or Promotions folder — or simply search for “Chenny” in your inbox.

Why is the password from my Sneak Peek email not working?
We send out a unique password for every livestream, 24 hours in advance. Make sure you're using the correct password for that specific Bag Drop date.
If you're seeing an error, double-check the Sneak Peek email and make sure there are no typos when entering the password.
Once the Bag Drop officially goes live, the password is no longer needed and the bags will be available for purchase.

Why can’t I see the bags in The Bag Drop?
We open access to The Bag Drop 24 hours before each livestream for our email subscribers. If you try to enter too early, the page will remain locked.
Once you receive the password, you’ll be able to log in and preview the bags. All items will become available to purchase after the drop officially begins.
