Processing Time
All orders require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Japanese national holidays.
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, but processing times may vary based on order volume and product availability.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
All orders are shipped from Japan via DHL Express.
For certain orders, we may route shipments through Hong Kong to help optimize customs duties for our customers.
- United States: Typically delivered within 2–5 business days after shipment.
- Other countries: Delivery time may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped. Please note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as delays caused by weather, customs, or the carrier are beyond our control.
Shipping Liability & Responsibility
Once your order has left our facility, we are not responsible for:
- Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
- Delivery delays caused by the carrier
- Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information
However, if any of the above occurs, please contact us immediately at — we are here to assist and will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
Please note: If we file a claim with DHL on your behalf, your cooperation may be required during the investigation. Any refund or compensation depends on the outcome of the carrier’s resolution.
Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
International Shipping & Customs
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item or shipping price.
We are not responsible for customs delays. If a package is refused or undeliverable due to unpaid customs or incorrect information, the customer will be liable for any return shipping costs.
