All Sales Are Final
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our products and the high demand for vintage designer items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed.
We kindly ask that you carefully review all product photos, descriptions, and condition notes before making your purchase. If you have any questions or need additional details, please feel free to contact us prior to placing an order — we are happy to assist.
Item Issues or Disputes
If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the case thoroughly.
- If the issue is determined to be our error (e.g., incorrect item sent, undisclosed major defect), we will gladly offer a return or exchange.
- If 7 days have passed since delivery, we regret that we will no longer be able to assist with return or replacement requests.
Please note that subjective reasons such as change of mind, sizing preference, or color discrepancy due to monitor differences are not eligible for return or exchange.
Order Cancellations
All confirmed orders are immediately processed into our fulfillment system and therefore cannot be canceled.
In rare cases, we may consider a cancellation request at our sole discretion, provided the request is received immediately after purchase and the order has not yet entered the shipping workflow.
Please understand that cancellations are not guaranteed. Once an order is in transit or has reached the final stage of processing, it can no longer be reversed.
